Most adults seek out martial arts training for physical conditioning and self-defense.

Our training focuses on all three areas of physical conditioning: cardiovascular, strength, and flexibility.  Each has an important purpose.

Cardiovascular Training improves the quality of your heart and lungs, increases your blood flow, and the amount of oxygen to your brain. If you increase your blood/oxygen content, you increase your natural energy reserves.

Strength Training builds lean body mass, not bulk. Flexibility is the most important yet most overlooked component of good physical conditioning; it keeps us feeling young and agile. It also helps prevent against injuries and allows us to move with greater ease.

The training at Lehigh Valley Martial Arts makes us different from other martial arts’ practices, and is easier to learn.  Our training does not rely on memorization of techniques but rather the understanding of a finite number of concepts.
